This Admissions form is for New Members who have received an invitation to join Learning Tree. New members are admitted when space becomes available for all of their children.  We do take into consideration your willingness to teach and help in areas of co-op need, the ages of children and how much space we have in those age groups.  We typically do not admit families until their oldest child is 6yrs old.  We also take into consideration Learning Tree member referrals, returning Learning Tree members, and family affiliation with the Vineyard. If you have attended a tour and completed an application but have not yet heard from us, please be patient.  We start admitting families at the end of March. 

We are happy to have you join Learning Tree. Below is the information that you will need to submit once you have completed the application process.  After your information has been received we will review and approve the request.
